You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.

Who can rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Booking with CarmaCars

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
