Worth knowing

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. We answer questions before you book, not only after.

How renting with us works

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What we ask of drivers

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Ready when you are

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
