Car Rental in Johnson, DE

Renting with CarmaCars in Johnson

This page is for Johnson, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. The offer shows the full price before you pay anything.

Reach and distance

Johnson is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. By straight line Johnson is about 677 km from central Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 80 km delivery area.

If you are travelling from Toronto, rent with us before you leave and drive the car there. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Send a request with what you need in Johnson, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Who rents this way

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Worth knowing

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

The rules, briefly

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

What to expect when you book

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
