What you get

Renting month to month means no long commitment and no buyout at the end. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement, and the deposit carries over. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget. The request is free, so you can ask without committing.

Who rents this way

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Newcomers waiting for their own car rent for a month or two first.

Requirements

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

The booking steps

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
