Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Applegate, CA

A car for Applegate

This page is for Applegate, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. The details: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. The offer shows the full price before you pay anything.

Honest about distance

Our only location is in Toronto; Applegate is outside the area we serve. From our location in Toronto, Applegate is about 3,484 km away in a straight line; we deliver within about 250 km.

For Applegate itself, look for a local rental company; for the Toronto end of the trip, we can help. Tell us in your request that you plan to drive outside Ontario; it needs our written consent. If you are unsure whether we can help with Applegate, ask; we answer plainly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Who rents this way

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

What we need from you

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

The booking steps

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Next step

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
