Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Appleton, ID

Renting in Appleton

This page is for Appleton, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. In short: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. The offer shows the full price before you pay anything.

A Toronto company

Straight answer: there is no CarmaCars location in Appleton. We rent from Toronto. Appleton is about 2,845 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

If your trip to Appleton starts in Toronto, a car from us can cover the Toronto part of it. Because Appleton is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. If you need a car in Appleton itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Typical renters

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

What is different here

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

Booking made plain

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Driver basics

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

One more step

If a car here fits, request it for your dates.
