Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Clovis, CA

Your rental in Clovis

This page is for Clovis, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. The details: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Prices are before 13% HST, and your offer shows the total before you pay.

Reasons people rent from us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. We answer questions before you book, not only after. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

The booking steps

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

What we check

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Talk to a person

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
