Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Murphys, CA

Renting with CarmaCars in Murphys

People search for Luup alternative in Murphys and find us. Here is how we can help from Toronto. A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing to send.

Our area and Murphys

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Murphys. We deliver within about 250 km of Toronto. Murphys, about 3,479 km away, is beyond that.

If your trip to Murphys starts in Toronto, a car from us can cover the Toronto part of it. Trips outside Ontario need our written consent. Mention the route in your request. Send a request with what you need in Murphys, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.

Good fits

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Why this way of renting

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

Booking in plain terms

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Driver requirements

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
