Renting: the basics

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Booking made plain

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Make a request

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
