Worth knowing

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Requesting a car

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Checking your details

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

When you know your dates

Look through the cars, choose one, and send a request when it suits you.
