Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Ruby, Aguascalientes

Renting with CarmaCars in Ruby

This page is for Ruby, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. The details: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. A person confirms every booking before anything is charged.

A Toronto company

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Ruby. About 3,190 km in a straight line separate Ruby from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

Heading to Ruby by plane? A car from us can get you to Toronto Pearson, or meet you there when you return. Driving out of Ontario is possible only with our written consent, given before the trip. Ask us about Ruby in a request; a person answers honestly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

What to expect

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

What we ask of drivers

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Booking made plain

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
