Luup Alternative for Rideshare Drivers in Stapleton, VA

How renting works in Stapleton

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. This page explains what that means if you need a rental car in Stapleton. What this means: A car for Uber, Lyft or delivery work, rented from CarmaCars directly. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Luup, Uber and Lyft are named only to describe what you compared and the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Prices are before 13% HST, and your offer shows the total before you pay.

What you get

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

Typical renters

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

What to have ready

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

How booking works

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
