Car Rental in Opal, VA

Car Rental in Opal

Car Rental in Opal: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. Here is the short version: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. The cars below show live prices before tax.

A Toronto company

We are based in Toronto; Opal is not somewhere we have a location. About 575 km from central Toronto, Opal is too far for our delivery area of about 80 km.

Coming from the Toronto area? You can start the trip to Opal in a car rented from us. Trips outside Ontario need our written consent. Mention the route in your request. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Who this suits

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Why this way of renting

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You can rent again later with the same account and details. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Rules for renters

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Your booking, in three steps

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
