Car Rental in Sheldon, MN

Your rental in Sheldon

Searching for car rental in Sheldon? Here is the honest picture from CarmaCars, a Toronto rental company. How it works: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Each car lists its rates for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month.

Where CarmaCars works

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Sheldon. Sheldon is about 981 km from central Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 80 km we deliver to.

For the days before or after a flight to Sheldon, we can have a car for you in Toronto. Because Sheldon is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. If you still want to ask about Sheldon, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

What is different here

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You can rent again later with the same account and details. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup.

When it makes sense

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

From your dates to the handover

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Renting: the basics

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
