Why rent with us in Spring Mill

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

Booking made plain

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Renting: the basics

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
