The details that matter

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

Driver requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking with CarmaCars

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
