What you get

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup.

Good fits

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Booking with CarmaCars

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Driver basics

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
