What you get

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

Rules for renters

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

How booking works

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

Your move

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
