What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

What to bring

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
