Rental Car for Uber Drivers in Java, VA

Java: renting made simple

Searching for Uber rental car in Java? Here is the honest picture from CarmaCars, a Toronto rental company. Good to know: Use your rental for Uber work. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Instacart and Hopp are named only to describe the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Rates are per car, so you can choose by budget.

Our area and Java

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Java. About 770 km from our location in Toronto, Java is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

If you are travelling from Toronto, rent with us before you leave and drive the car there. Trips outside Ontario need our written consent. Mention the route in your request. If you want to check something for Java, send a request; a person replies honestly. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.

The useful parts

CarmaCars is not affiliated with any rideshare or delivery platform; we rent the car, the platform sets its own rules. Hybrids and compact cars are a sensible choice for long shifts when we have them. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

Who this suits

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

How to book

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Driver requirements

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
