Before you rent
Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.
Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
Requesting a car
Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.
Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.
