A note on Java

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 1,933 km from Java, and does not deliver there.

If you are near Java, Maydelle, Mewshaw and Oakland are close too.

In blue

Our blue cars, when we have them, appear first in the list. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for blue and we try. The studio image shows the A4 in blue; photos of each real car are on its page.

The numbers in plain words

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo is what moves it, with all-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated at 8.6 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 26 litres. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $45.15 at our price setting.

Size and space

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. The EPA measures its luggage space at 368 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who the A4 suits

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Rent this car

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

What to expect when you book

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What we check

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
