Renting the 2018 Audi A4 Progressiv

Renting the 2018 Audi A4 Progressiv as a car with a driver works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

The A4 and Java

We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,933 km away. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Maydelle, Mewshaw and Oakland are the closest places to Java on our list.

The numbers in plain words

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo drives through a 6-speed manual. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

A combined rating of 8.6 L/100 km works out to about 26 litres per 300 km. For 1,000 km, budget about $150.50 at our price setting.

How big it is

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. The trunk holds 368 litres by the EPA's count: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Good uses for the A4

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Rent this car

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

Before pickup

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Booking, step by step

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
