Rent a black 2018 Audi A4 Technik in Java

The 2018 Audi A4 Technik in short

The Technik is the top trim of the 2018 Audi A4 in Canada. Here is the 2018 Audi A4 Technik in plain words: what it is, what it uses, and who it suits.

A note on Java

We have no location in Java; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 1,933 km away. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java.

Maydelle, Mewshaw and Oakland are the neighbouring places on our list.

The A4 in black

The studio image shows the A4 in black; photos of each real car are on its page. Ask for black in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for black and we try.

Under the hood

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, paired with a 6-speed manual, drives it. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated at 8.6 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 26 litres. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $45.15 at our price setting.

Who the A4 suits

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Inside and out

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The trunk holds 368 litres by the EPA's count: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can you rent one?

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

Your booking, in three steps

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

The rules, briefly

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
