Choosing a colour

A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for grey in your request. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for grey and we try. If you want it in grey, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates.

What the figures tell you

The powertrain to know here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

It is rated at 7.8 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 23 litres. In energy, every 100 km costs about $13.65 at our price setting.

Who the A4 suits

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Room inside

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 368 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can I rent it?

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

What happens when you ask for a car

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Who can rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
