About the colour

Ask for grey in your request; the offer confirms the colour of the car. The colour is part of what we confirm in the offer. A grey car can be requested, but never promised before we confirm.

The numbers in plain words

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid drives through a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

The EPA rates it at 8.3 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 25 litres. Expect about $12.87 per 100 km at our price setting.

Practical details

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. The EPA lists 340 litres for luggage, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.

Rent this car

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

What happens when you ask for a car

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Who qualifies

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
