Choosing a colour

A colour can never be promised before we confirm; ask for black in your request. Tell us if black is a must or a preference, and we look accordingly. If you want it in black, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates.

What the specs mean

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, paired with a 7-speed automatic, drives it. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Expect about 25 litres for every 300 km, going by its 8.3 L/100 km combined rating. Per 100 km, plan on roughly $12.87.

Room inside

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. The EPA measures its luggage space at 340 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who rents the A4

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Our A4 cars

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Driver requirements

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

How booking works

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
