Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. You pay only once you approve the offer.
