What to expect when you book

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Who qualifies

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
