The rules, briefly
We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.
Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
How it works
Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
