How booking works

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

What we need from you

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
