What happens when you ask for a car

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

The rules, briefly

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
