Booking in plain terms

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

What you need to rent

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
