The rules, briefly

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
