You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
How a booking comes together
You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.
