The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. You pay when you approve, and only then.
Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
Driver basics
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
