Booking in plain terms

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What you need to rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
