Rules for renters

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
