Before pickup

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
