The rules, briefly

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
