Colour notes

Our grey cars of this kind are listed first, when we have one. If you want it in grey, say so in your request and we look for one for your dates. We cannot promise a colour until we confirm; ask for grey and we try.

Reading the spec sheet

The 1.6L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Rated at 7.2 L/100 km combined, it needs around 22 litres for a 300 km round trip. A 300 km weekend costs about $33.48 in energy at our price setting.

Best uses

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Practical details

As a mid-size car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. The EPA lists 708 litres for luggage, roughly bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

Can you rent one?

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking, step by step

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
