How renting with us works

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

What you need to rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
