Driver requirements

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.
