How booking works

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Checking your details

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
