Renting: the basics

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
