Rules for renters

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Your booking, in three steps

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
