Getting the car booked
To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.
The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
Who can rent
Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.
Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
