The figures, translated

Power comes from the electric motor, driving through a 1-speed automatic. It is fully electric: no gas at all, and you return it with the charge it had at pickup. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

For every 100 km it uses about 18.6 kWh. Its rated range is 507 km on a full charge; real range drops in cold weather and at highway speeds. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $8.37 at our price setting.

How big it is

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. At 425 litres, the trunk fits a family's bags for a long weekend.

When the Model 3 makes sense

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Rent it from us

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

From request to keys

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
