The steps

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What we check

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
