Booking in plain terms

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Driver basics

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
